 300-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட திரைப்படங்களில் பணியாற்றிய ‘ட்ரோன்மேன்’ அரவிந்த்; தேசிய அளவிலான ட்ரோன் விருது பெற்ற சாதனையாளர். தமிழ் திரைப்படங்களில் பிரம்மாண்டமான வான்வழி காட்சிகளைப் பதிவு செய்யும் முன்னணி ட்ரோன் ஒளிப்பதிவாளர்களில் ஒருவராக அறியப்படுபவர் எம். அரவிந்த் குமார். கடந்த 10 ஆண்டுகளுக்கும் மேலாக திரைப்படத் துறையில் பணியாற்றி வரும் அவர், ‘ஜனநாயகன்’, ‘பீஸ்ட்’, ‘இந்தியன் 2’, ‘LIK’, ‘வேட்டையன்’, ‘பைசன்’, ‘விடுதலை’ உள்ளிட்ட தமிழ் திரைப்படங்களிலும், தெலுங்கு திரைப்படமான ‘ரணபாலி’ உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு மொழிப் படங்களிலும் ட்ரோன் ஒளிப்பதிவு செய்துள்ளார். இதுவரை 300-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட திரைப்படங்களில் தனது ட்ரோன் காட்சிகள் மூலம் தனித்துவமான முத்திரையைப் பதித்துள்ளார். ஒவ்வொரு படத்திலும் கதைக்கேற்ற வான்வழி காட்சிகளை துல்லியமாகப் பதிவு செய்வதோடு மட்டுமல்லாமல், திரைப்படங்களுக்கான உயர்தர ட்ரோன் காட்சிப் பதிவுகளையும் (Stock Shots) வழங்கி வருகிறார். இதன் மூலம் திரைப்பட உலகில் “ட்ரோன்மேன்” என்ற பெயரால் தனக்கென ஒரு தனி அடையாளத்தை உருவாக்கியுள்ளார். லயோலா கல்லூரியின் முன்னாள் மாணவரான அவர், பாகிஸ்தானின் லாகூரில்...

Over 7,000 Runners Participate in the 15th Edition of the Hexaware Dream Runners Half Marathon 2026 Chennai, 19 July 2026: The 15th edition of the Hexaware Dream Runners Half Marathon 2026 concluded successfully this morning, bringing together over 7,000 runners from across the country in a grand celebration of fitness, endurance and community spirit. The 21.1 km Half Marathon was flagged off at 4:30 a.m. from Napiers Bridge by Thiru. P. Kumar, Deputy Commissioner of Police, T. Nagar District, Greater Chennai City Police (GCCP). More than 2,500 runners participated in the Half Marathon category. The 10 km race commenced at 5:15 a.m., also from Napiers Bridge, and was flagged off by Mrs. K. Bhavaneeswari, Inspector General of Police, Singapenn Special Force. The event witnessed an enthusiastic participation of over 4,500 runners in the 10 km category. Participants in both categories ran along one of Chennai's most scenic routes, beginning at Napiers Bridge, passing through the iconic Marina stretch, Santhome High Road, Adyar, and Besant Avenue, before returning to conclude their race at Island Ground. The picturesque route, coupled with the energetic support from volunteers and spectators, made for an unforgettable race-day experience. Ahead of the marathon, the Race Expo was held on 18th July at R.K. Convention Centre, Neelankarai, where registered participants collected their race bibs and goodie bags. During the Expo, Olympian and former Indian Hockey Team Captain and Coach, Vasudevan Bhaskaran, was felicitated in recognition of his immense contribution to Indian sport and to Tamil Nadu's sporting community. Organized by Dream Runners, one of Chennai's largest running communities with 13 chapters across the city, the marathon once again reaffirmed its commitment to promoting health, fitness and environmental responsibility through initiatives such as Plogging and zero food wastage during the event. Winners List: 21Km – Open Women-Winner: Nitu Kumari, First Runner-up: Doli Giri, Second Runner-up: Divya S Men-Winner: Rohit Binnar, First Runner-up: Rohit Rama,Second Runner-up: Udit Pal 10K – Open Women-Winner: Tamanna, First Runner-up: Anjali Panfit , Second Runner-up: Deepa Ramakrishnan Men-Winner: Amit Patil, First Runner-up: Love Chaudhary , Second Runner-up: Rushi Wavre The Hexaware Dream Runners Half Marathon also continued its long-standing tradition of creating social impact by supporting three important causes: providing prosthetic limbs to amputees through Freedom Trust, supplying pressure garments to women survivors of burns and acid attacks through PCVC, and supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities through Vijay Human Services. The successful completion of the 15th edition further reinforces the Hexaware Dream Runners Half Marathon's position as one of South India's premier running events, inspiring thousands to embrace an active lifestyle while contributing to meaningful social causes.
