 Republic Day Celebrated at IndianOil Bhavan, Chennai

IndianOil Bhavan, Chennai, marked the 77th Republic Day with the unfurling of the National Tricolour by Shri M. Anna Durai, Executive Director & State Head – Tamil Nadu, in the presence of Shri M. Sudhakar, Executive Director (Regional Services), Southern Region, and senior officials.

Shri Anna Durai highlighted the enduring strength of the democratic framework envisioned by the nation’s founders. He called upon employees to uphold the values of integrity, inclusivity, and responsibility in both professional and civic life.

Shri Sudhakar, in his remarks, shared encouraging milestones from IndianOil’s brand performance on the global stage, reaffirming the company’s leadership position within the energy sector

Adding ceremonial grandeur to the event, members of the Territorial Army and IndianOil’s security teams participated in a disciplined march-past. Long Service Awards were given to the employees who completed 25 and 30 years of service in the corporation and the children of the employees were given incentive awards for acquiring higher qualification. The programme concluded with cultural performances by IndianOil staff.

சென்னையிலுள்ள இந்தியன்ஆயில் பவனில், 77வது குடியரசு தினத்தை முன்னிட்டு, தெற்கு மண்டல நிர்வாக இயக்குநர் (பிராந்திய சேவைகள்) திரு. எம். சுதாகர் மற்றும் மூத்த அதிகாரிகள் முன்னிலையில், தமிழ்நாடு நிர்வாக இயக்குநர் மற்றும் மாநிலத் தலைவர் திரு. எம். அண்ணாதுரை தேசிய மூவர்ணக் கொடியை ஏற்றி வைத்தார்.

நாட்டின் நிறுவனர்களால் கற்பனை செய்யப்பட்ட ஜனநாயக கட்டமைப்பின் நீடித்த வலிமையை அண்ணாதுரை எடுத்துரைத்தார். தொழில்முறை மற்றும் குடிமை வாழ்வில் நேர்மை, உள்ளடக்கம் மற்றும் பொறுப்பு ஆகியவற்றின் மதிப்புகளை நிலைநிறுத்த ஊழியர்களுக்கு அவர் அழைப்பு விடுத்தார்.

உலக அரங்கில் இந்தியன் ஆயிலின் பிராண்ட் செயல்திறனில் இருந்து ஊக்கமளிக்கும் மைல்கற்களை திரு. சுதாகர் பகிர்ந்து கொண்டார், இது எரிசக்தி துறையில் நிறுவனத்தின் தலைமைத்துவ நிலையை மீண்டும் உறுதிப்படுத்தியது.

பிராந்திய இராணுவம் மற்றும் இந்தியன் ஆயிலின் பாதுகாப்புக் உறுப்பினர்கள் அணிவகுப்பில் பங்கேற்றனர். நிறுவனத்தில் 25 மற்றும் 30 ஆண்டுகள் சேவையை நிறைவு செய்த ஊழியர்களுக்கு நீண்ட சேவை விருதுகள் வழங்கப்பட்டன, மேலும் ஊழியர்களின் குழந்தைகளுக்கு உயர் தகுதிகளைப் பெற்றதற்காக ஊக்க விருதுகள் வழங்கப்பட்டன. இந்தியன் ஆயில் ஊழியர்களின் கலாச்சார நிகழ்ச்சிகளுடன் நிகழ்ச்சி நிறைவடைந்தது.
